To become a customer please follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Obtain a Referral Code from an existing Eazme customer
  2. Go to https://www.eazme.com
  3. On the top right corner click the option [JOIN NOW]
  4. A sign-up page will open and you need to fill in the details and click [Sign Up]
  5. A verification link will be sent on your registered email ID. Check your inbox (sometimes spam too) and click on the verification link to activate your account

Cashback earnings & Reward earnings

The steps are mentioned below for shopping:

  1. Login to your account, explore the merchants and deals or search for a specified merchant and click on shop now.
  2. You will be redirected to the brand’s website where you can shop like you always do and avail the cashback benefit.

The process of earning cashback is mentioned below:

  1. Login to your account and shop from the desired merchant.
  2. Once you’re done with the shopping, the cashback amount gets tracked within 72 hours and gets reflected in your dashboard.

The reasons for getting cashback declined are:

  1. The purchase was not completed in the same session.
  2. The order was returned.
  3. The product was already added to the cart directly at the merchant’s website; even before clicking out from the website.
  4. Another website was used during the transaction (e.g. a cashback/coupon comparison site)
  5. A gift voucher code was used.
  6. The cookies were disabled on your device and hence, the tracking could not be completed.
  7. The terms and conditions mentioned on Eazme and or the brand’s website were not complied.

The cash back earned can be seen in your Dashboard in the Total Cashback Earned section.

Some merchants do not give cash back, they give cash back in terms of rewards that can be used at their respective site but cashback earning is hard money that you can withdraw.

The cashback gets tracked within 72 hours from the time of transaction.

The merchant does not allow any ticket before 72 hrs from the time of purchase.

Refer & Earn- Referral Activity

The Referral Link can be found under the Refer & Earn section of your dashboard.

Missing Cashback and Ticket System

When the cashback does not get tracked after the purchase, it is termed as Missing Cashback.

You need to go on the Missing Cashback link and click on Add Missing Cashback from your dashboard.

Upon cancellation or return of an order, the cashback gets rejected.

The Missing Cashback ticket can be raised after 72 hours and within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The steps of getting Missing Cashback are mentioned below:

  1. The Missing Cashback ticket is raised by the customer
  2. Support Team raises the missing cashback to the respective merchant
  3. Merchant, upon reconciliation of the accounts, verifies the missing cashback
  4. Once the missing cashback is verified, the cashback amount gets displayed in the customer’s dashboard.
  5. The reconciliation can take up to 90 days for the merchant to verify the transaction

Upon making the purchase, the customers have a 30 days refund policy and then there is a 30-day policy for merchants. Therefore, on average, it takes this much time.

This is an exception but this does happen with few merchants and certain industries. The cashback is always credited by the merchant after delivery, payment, and the expiry of the cancellation period. However, if the above is not the case, we recommend you to write to us along with the transaction details and we will get the updated status on the transaction from the brand.

Shopping Process

To ensure your cashback tracks successfully, we recommend that you permanently allow cookies, JavaScript, and third-party images in your browser settings. Clear your cookies to get started. Log into your account and click out at any retailer through Eazme. Always use the Shop Now button to click out to the merchant’s site; do not visit the merchant directly.

Withdrawal Process

The minimum amount for withdrawal is INR 250 for Indian customers and $20 for global customers.

The withdrawal request can be raised from the Withdrawal section under cashback earning on your dashboard. Upon clicking the Withdrawal button, you will be asked to update your bank account or wallet address where you need the withdrawal of the cashback.

The cashback withdrawal can be rejected either by the respective User or they can write to us in case they wish to cancel the withdrawal.

There is a minimum fee of $1 for the payout for all global customers (except for India) who are taking the payout in USDT.

The withdrawal request can be placed anytime. However, the payout will be processed as per the below cycle is,

  1. Requests raised from 30th of last month - 14th of the current month will be paid out on 15th
  2. Requests raised from 15th - 29th will be paid on 30th

Pearls & its usage
